I’ve spent nearly 20 years in media and communications — starting as a journalist, then expanding into digital production, PR, brand strategy, talent management, and securing brand deals.
In 2005, I founded the entertainment news website Showbiz Spy, which grew into one of the UK’s largest independently owned entertainment platforms.
I later worked as a showbiz journalist at The Sun, and as a Digital Producer on The X Factor and Britain’s Got Talent, shaping how audiences connected with content online.
These days, I work with individuals and brands on strategy, press, partnerships, and events.
I help high-profile clients stay relevant, shape their message, and show up in the right way — online, on stage, or in the press.
Having worked on both sides, I know how to find the story, pitch it, and land it without ever compromising what the client needs.
I’m based in Chipping Norton, often in London, and usually with the dog somewhere nearby. Most of my best ideas come while wandering the fields behind Daylesford, pondering life, media, and occasionally why the cows seem so calm.
If you think we’d work well together, drop me a line — I’d love to hear from you.
Based in Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire, I work with clients across the UK and internationally.
