I’ve been working in media and communications for nearly 20 years, starting out in entertainment journalism before moving into TV production, PR and brand strategy.
One of my earliest projects was a celebrity news site I built as a teenager, which grew to become one of the UK’s biggest independently owned entertainment platforms.
From there, I went on to work behind the scenes on The X Factor and Britain’s Got Talent, and later joined The Sun as a showbiz reporter. Along the way, I’ve learned how stories are shaped, how the media actually works, and how to get the right kind of attention when it matters.
These days, I work with individuals and brands on strategy, press, partnerships and events. I spend a lot of time working behind the scenes with high-profile clients, helping them stay relevant, shape their message, and show up in the right way — whether that’s in the press, online or on stage.
Because I’ve worked on both sides, as a journalist and now as an advisor, I know how to find the story, pitch it properly, and land it without compromising what the client needs. It’s a balance I’ve spent years getting right.
I’m based in Chipping Norton, often in London, and usually with the dog somewhere nearby. Most of my better ideas come while walking through the fields behind Daylesford, wondering what life’s like for the people who own it.
If you think we’d work well together, feel free to get in touch.
